I'm Polly, and I help ambitious achievers master their inner world to gain that crucial 1% edge. I blend the best of mind body techniques with practicality—no fluff, just proven techniques for real results (although I do love a bit of ‘woo-woo’!)
As a former PR professional turned educator and entrepreneur, I've experienced success and burnout.
Despite achievements, I struggled with a mind flooded with negative thoughts, mood swings, and a sense of unfulfillment.
Through breathwork and mindfulness techniques, and a consistent morning practice, I learned to regulate my nervous system, take control of my busy mind and align with my values. This has allowed me to achieve more without sacrificing my wellbeing, whilst also finding a newfound sense of calm and joy.
